"My Prints Turned Out Just Okay"
I ordered a batch of photos because I wanted to finally put together a little album from a recent trip. When they arrived, I was excited to flip through them, but a few of the pictures looked blurrier than I expected. The colors were decent and true to what I saw on my screen, so that part was fine. Overall, they weren’t terrible, but they also didn’t turn out as sharp as I’d hoped.

"Why is international shipping this difficult?"
I paid extra for international shipping thinking it would make things smoother, but somehow it turned into a whole ordeal. I still waited over a month, the tracking barely updated, and when I contacted support, they didn’t really help. It felt like such a simple thing was made way harder than it needed to be...
"Checkout felt a little clunky"
Checkout did go through in the end, but something about it just felt a bit off to me. It was slower than I expected, and I had this gut feeling I should double-check the shipping price before placing the order. Nothing major went wrong, but it didn’t feel as smooth or reassuring as I’d hoped. I’d give it 3 stars.
"Decent book, but picking photos was a hassle"
The book turned out good overall, but the photo selection part got annoying fast. I’m the type who wants to make quick yes/no choices and move on, but it felt harder than it needed to be to control exactly what stayed in and what got removed. I just wish there were easier shortcuts or more control when choosing the final photos.

"Couldn’t even get my account connected"
I tried setting up my account a few times, I think it was last Tuesday or maybe the week before, and it just kept failing or sending me around in circles. There wasn’t any clear error message or obvious way to fix it. After messing with it for a while, I got frustrated and gave up. Not exactly a great first impression...

"Got sorted in the end"
Support did fix the problem eventually. It took a bit of waiting, which was kind of annoying at the time, but once they got to it, everything was sorted. I was starting to wonder if I’d need to chase again, and then, of course, it finally got resolved.

"Not a lot of options for the book"
I was kinda disappointed with how little I could customize. I thought I’d be able to move stuff around more, pick better layouts, adjust pages the way I wanted... but it all felt locked in. A few pages ended up looking messy and I couldn’t really fix them. For what it cost I expected way more control. I probably wouldn’t use it again

"Date range filter was kind of frustrating"
I used My Social Book to put together a photo book from my posts. Overall it worked well, but the date range filter was a little annoying... Some posts I thought should be included didn’t show up at first, so I had to go back and redo it a few times. The final book turned out okay! Just wish the setup had been a bit smoother.

"Tracking is stuck and I’m getting nowhere"
My order tracking hasn’t updated in days, which is driving me a little nuts. I keep checking it while I’m making coffee or sitting at my desk, and it just shows the same thing every time. I reached out to support, but the replies have been super vague, like they don’t really know where the book is either. I was hoping to start reading it this weekend, but at this point I have no idea if it’s even close. Frustrating experience

I was disappointed because my captions and comments just didn’t show up. That was the main thing I needed, so without the captions and comments, it kind of missed the point for me

I tried using mysocialbook.com on my phone, it was frustrating. Pages were slow to load, some buttons didn’t respond the way they should, and I kept having to zoom in and out just to get basic things done. The checkout process also felt clunky, which made me a little uneasy. If a site is taking people’s money, I think it should at least make the process smooth and accessible on mobile. Maybe it works better on desktop, but on my phone it really wasn’t a good experience.

"Really confusing to figure out"
I tried using mysocialbook and it was frustrating. The pages looked messy and I kept getting lost while trying to put my book together. It took way longer than I expected for something that should have been simple. After a while I just gave up.

"I was interested in making a book..."
I was interested in making a book on mysocialbook.com, and at first it seemed like it would be simple enough. But once I started going through the steps, the price didnt feel as clear as I expected. A few extra costs seemed to pop up later, and I ended up feeling like I wasnt totally sure what I was paying for.
Maybe its fine if you dont mind clicking around and checking each step, but I personally dont like having to get that far just to see the actual price. It wasnt the worst thing ever, but it definitely made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I was a little dissapointed with this. The pages are super thin and feel flimsy, and the colors bled through a bit when I used it. For the price, I expected better quality.

"I was all set to order my book..."
I was all set to order my book, but then I got to checkout and the shipping cost was ridiculous. It was almost the same price as the book, which just felt like a ripoff. The whole thing also felt really impersonal, like there wasn’t an actual person behind the process who’d understand why that would make someone back out. I ended up not placing the order.

"Nice cover, not-so-nice binding"
At first glance, the cover looked nice, so I thought I was off to a good start. Naturally, that optimism lasted about five minutes. The cover felt thinner than I expected, and the corners started bending after I’d only flipped through it a few times.
The binding is really where things got exciting, in the least exciting way possible. Some pages don’t sit quite right, and it feels like the whole thing might give up if I open it too much. The memories inside are great, but for the price, I was hoping the actual book would feel a bit sturdier

"Missing pages, repeat photos, and promises they didn’t keep"
I was disappointed when my book arrived. Some posts were missing, and a bunch of photos showed up more than once, which made it feel sloppy. They made it sound like it would be a nice, complete keepsake, but that definitely wasn’t what I got. Support also took forever to respond, and after all the promises, it just didn’t feel worth the money.

"Bad first impression from the slow site"
My first impression wasn’t great because the site felt painfully slow right away. Pages kept taking forever to load, and when I tried to make my book, everything froze up. I got frustrated quickly and ended up giving up. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience

"Book Arrived Damaged Thanks to Terrible Packaging"
I ordered from My Social Book the packaging was a total disaster. It showed up in this flimsy little mailer with basically no protection, like the book had just been tossed into the world and told to survive.
When I opened it, the corners were bent and the cover had marks on it, which was so frustrating. For the price I paid, I really expected it to arrive looking nice, not like it had been through a small shipping apocalypse.
Customer service also took their sweet time getting back to me, but the real problem was the awful packaging. I definitely would not order again after this experience.

"Promo code felt pointless"
Not gonna lie, I only placed the order because they were advertising a promo discount. But by the time I got to checkout, the code barely took anything off, and shipping basically made the total higher anyway. It felt a little misleading. I reached out to support, but they just sent a generic reply and didn’t really help. I won’t be ordering from them again.
